1. Who we are
MyAppToken ("the Service") is operated by ("we", "us"):

entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) of the
Republic of Poland.

Email: hello@myapptoken.com
These terms are a contract between you and us, governing your use of myapptoken.com, dashboard.myapptoken.com and api.myapptoken.com.
2. What the Service does
The Service is a reverse proxy: you store third-party API credentials ("provider keys") with us, and requests from your applications are forwarded to the third-party provider with your key attached server-side. The Service also records usage metadata and, to power statistics and insights, the content of proxied requests and responses.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You may invite others to your applications with different permission levels; you are responsible for who you grant access to.
4. Your keys, your providers
- Provider keys you store remain yours. We use them solely to forward your applications' requests to the provider you configured.
- Your use of each third-party provider through the Service remains subject to that provider's own terms; you are responsible for complying with them and for all fees the provider charges you.
- You can delete stored keys at any time; deletion takes effect immediately for new requests.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to: break the law; infringe others' rights; transmit malware; probe or disrupt the Service or third parties; resell proxy access to parties who have no relationship with your application; or evade a third-party provider's own restrictions. We may suspend accounts or applications that endanger the Service or other users.
6. Beta status, availability and changes
- The Service is provided in beta, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
- We aim for high availability but do not offer an SLA during beta. Do not use the Service for safety-critical systems.
- We may change or discontinue features. For material reductions in functionality or the introduction of fees we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard.
7. Fees
The Service is currently free of charge with fair-use limits. If paid plans are introduced, they will be opt-in: you will never be charged without explicitly subscribing to a paid plan first. See pricing and the refund policy.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the acts and omissions of third-party providers (including charges they bill you). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via hello@myapptoken.com. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; where practicable we will warn you first and give you an opportunity to export your data.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also enjoy the mandatory protections of your country of residence, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
